🎯 Refund Policy

1️⃣ PSW Care Services

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the scheduled service will be charged in full.

    • No refunds for missed appointments or no-shows.

    • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 2 hours’ notice with no extra charge.

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are not available once services have been delivered.

    • If an appointment is canceled within the required notice period, clients can request a full refund or apply the payment as a credit for future bookings.

2️⃣ Catering Services

  • Deposits:

    • A $500 deposit is required to confirm all catering bookings.

    • Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for any refund.

3️⃣ Steaming Services

  • Deposits:

    • A $75 deposit is required to secure a steaming session.

    • Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.

    • If a client does not disclose medical conditions that may prevent safe steaming, no refunds will be issued.

4️⃣ No Refunds for Completed Services

Once services have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

5️⃣ Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in special cases such as emergencies or unavoidable situations, at the sole discretion of GoldCare24.
